Air 1 Heating & Cooling is looking for a skilled HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our fast-growing team! We serve residential and light commercial clients across North Jersey and pride ourselves on delivering reliable, high-quality service. Responsibilities:
-Perform routine maintenance on heating and cooling systems (residential and light commercial)
-Diagnose and troubleshoot minor system issues
-Complete system cleanings and safety inspections
-Communicate clearly with customers and dispatch
-Complete job reports and recommendations in a timely manner
Requirements:
-Minimum 2 years of HVAC maintenance experience
-EPA certification (Type I or II required; Universal preferred)
-Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
-Strong communication skills and professional appearance
-Must be able to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in various conditions
